Payment Policy
Payment Policies (Effective as of 1 January 2010)
- All course fees to be paid in advance.
- austrain. academy. accepts only the following forms of payment

are only available on request to approved clients |
- Booking/s will be confirmed (by letter or phone) once payment received.
- austrain. academy. reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient participants enrolled.
- Non-attendance without notice will result in the full course fee being charged.
- A substitute may be nominated to attend the course without penalty.
- No refund/s will be given after the training program has commenced.
Refunds Policy
austrain. academy. has in place a fair and equitable refund policy
austrain. academy. will refund on the following basis:
- Any overpaid monies
- has cancelled the booking or course
- we are notified 7 days prior to commencement of a course (subject to our refund and cancellation policy)
- Refunds requested within 7 days of a course date will be required to submit a refund request letter to the austrain. academy. (subject to our refund and cancellation policy)
Transfer Policy
- 7 days notice must be given for any transfers without penalty.
- For transfers less than 7 days a re-booking fee of 25% of the set fee applies per person, course, consultation and or System.
- Transfers made within 48 hours are subject to a re-booking fee of 50% of the set fee per person, course, consultation and or System.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to a course shall be refunded less a 25% administration fee
- Cancellations made within 7 days of a course shall be refunded less a 50% administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a course SHALL NOT be subject to a refund.
Certification & Statements of Attainment
- Please be aware that due to VETAB requirements certificates are not issued on the day/night of the course. Arrangements can be made to express post your certificate if you require them in a hurry – ask your trainer for details.
- The Academy bears no responsibility for the following events after the Statements of Attainment (Certificates) have been sent. These events are:-
- The Weather and subsequent damage to your Certificates and or Statements received by post to your address.
- The placement of your mail into your letterbox by Australia Post and or a Contractor
- The size of your letterbox
- Incorrect information on your Enrolment Form
- A Change of address (by the participant) between sitting a course and the posting of a Statements of Attainment (Certificates)
