Trainer: Robert K French

Robert French has spent over 25 years working in the Hospitality Industry.

Having served an apprenticeship in the Restaurant Industry, Robert worked in fine dining and private service and is a recently retired member of the AHA (NSW) Executive.

Robert provides a wide variety of training across the Hospitality Industry. Robert travels widely lecturing and hosting education events. For the past 6 years Robert has been integral in the introduction of Liquor Accords throughout NSW.

Having recently retired from his very successful Hotel – The Century Tavern, Robert now devotes himself to teaching his skills. “Those skills that I learnt are not taught anymore, I feel a certain sense of duty to pass on the craft that is Professional Hospitality Service.” Robert has judged for the AHA (NSW) Awards for Excellence and continues to act as a consultant for some of Australia’s leading Hotel Groups.

Being an excellent communicator, Robert makes his courses come to life in an interesting, informative and challenging way.
