The Academy has developed “The 4 - Pack” as an Introduction to Hospitality Package as a way for you to gain all skills and knowledge you need to get a Job in the Hospitality Industry.

Why Should I Attend?

All people intending to work in hotels, registered club, restaurant and or nightclub should have the skills required prior to getting a job. Employers consider it an attractive proposition for you to have these basic skills.

If you are new to the Hospitality Industry, it is vital that your basic knowledge on these subjects is accurate. Your entrance into the industry comes at a most exciting time, with many changes being introduced to increase and improve service standards. It also provides you with an edge when looking for a job in the Hospitality Industry

The Introduction to Hospitality 4 Pack is a competency based 3 Day - 20 hour program with RSA & RCG Statements of Attainment issued on successful completion and Statements of Attainment for PEAK Bar and PEAK Gaming Skills.

1. Responsible Service of Alcohol – RSA (SITHFAB009A) 
2. Responsible Conduct of Gambling - RCG (SITHGAM006A)
3. PEAK Bar Skills - Operate a Bar (SITHFAB002A)
4. PEAK Gaming Skills - Attend Gaming Machines (SITHGAM001A)
