Craig Malvern

Craig has  been involved in the hospitality industry for a long time, with over 14 years in senior management positions in a variety of venues, leading teams, managing staff and budgets, training and developing staff, writing and implementing policies and procedures.

Craig has been training and facilitating RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG  (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) courses for CFT NSW for the last four years.

As a trainer and assessor, Craig has recently joined Austrain after a lengthy stint with the Panthers Entertainment Group.
