Alison F King
Alison Smith has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 14 years. She has successfully run a variety of licensed premises as manger and licensee including restaurants, night clubs, functions centres and hotels. She has gained a wide variety of knowledge from Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Alison has been involved in the successful running of a Liquor Accord as the Liquor Consultative Committee Secretary. She has also had a community based background with the State Emergency Service.
Alison has been involved in workplace training and Occupational Health and Safety with the Australian Hotels Association (NSW) and Corpskills Australia.
