Peter B Hall
Peter Hall has an extensive and exciting background in the hospitality industry, spending 27 years in
total as a consultant to the industry, during which he also alternated for fifteen years as a Hotel
owner/manager. He is now a highly regarded trainer and industry specialist working around Australia.
Peter sat on the AHA (NSW) Council for many years and served on the ILG Board, the last two years as
Deputy Chairman. During this time, he was instrumental in establishing the Responsible Service of Alcohol
training program at the AHA (NSW) and firmly placing training on the agenda as a vital and practical way
of creating professionalism amongst all levels of hospitality staff.
Peter is also committed to continuing professional development and national accreditation working as a
consultant to industry groups and venues, and, over the last fifteen years working with a number of Registered
Training Organisations such as Corpskills Australia and the AHA (NSW).
Peter has been a major stakeholder involved in the setting up of the Retail Liquor Development Foundation
(RLDF) through Fosters Australia and ALSA and has also been a consultant to several of the State AHA Branches
in addition to a number of industry suppliers around Australia.
